MPRO Home Inspection Services provides residential home inspection services across Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. All services are subject to a written agreement signed before the inspection. The findings presented in our reports are based on a visual, non-invasive inspection conducted at the time of service.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports provided by MPRO Home Inspection Services are prepared exclusively for the client and may not be shared or relied upon by third parties without our written consent. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the inspection and include observations, photos and recommendations.
5. Limitations
Home inspections are limited to visible and accessible areas of the property. We do not dismantle systems or inspect areas that are unsafe or obstructed. Our services do not guarantee the future performance of systems or components and are not a substitute for warranties or insurance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of MPRO Home Inspection Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Queens, NY.
